Horror caught my attention at a young age, and I’ve enjoyed exploring the darkness hidden inside each person’s psyche. I’m also intrigued by each person’s capacity for astounding levels of goodness in the face of overwhelming evil.
My horror and paranormal mysteries tackle both these topics. The darker side of humanity is also on display inside my photographs.
Like many writers, I started putting pen to paper during early childhood. My first project was a family newspaper entitled The Taylor Family Times. Since then, I’ve spent more than three decades honing my craft through a wide variety of fiction, non-fiction, and ghostwriting projects. Along the way, I discovered a love for bringing the stories in my mind to life through photo sets as well.
I currently live in Michigan with the love of my life and our two cats. I’m not nearly as jaded about romance as Alexa Bentley from Missing in Michigan, but I did give her my sense of humor. I’m also not nearly as morose as Ben from The Haunting of Cabin Green, but who hasn’t felt the sting of great loss? If my life was a cartoon, I’d be Lisa Simpson.
